PROD (Polemical Research on Dance) will be an micro site associated with the ADT website. The cornerstone of PROD will be a series of writings on dance which will act as a vehicle to promote critical discussion and thinking on dance. These writings will be commissioned by ADT from artists and writers from around and Australia and the world. The site will also feature other commentary on dance in the form of photography, filmclips, artwork and music etc. 
 
Even though PROD is an artistic outcome of ADT the aim is not to simply privilege the work of ADT but moreover to place our work within a greater cultural context by foregrounding the work of other allied artists from around the world.
 
The primary aim of the site is to expand our understanding of dance and of the body-in-performance. The tone of PROD is eclectic and imaginative utilizing text, images and design that decentres and shifts our ideas on the dance.
