Located at 57a Queen Street, Norwood, there is a range of free street parking options around the Theatre and in sections of side streets of Norwood. Please make sure you plan your journey to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance start time as it can take more than 10 minutes to find a park, get to the Theatre and be seated in time.

There is a loading zone at the front entrance of the Theatre which can be used as an accessible drop off point.

Ticket collection
If you need to pick up your tickets at the Box Office, please allow 30 minutes before the scheduled performance start time. Box Office is open one-hour prior to the performance scheduled start time.

Henschke Wine Bar
The Odeon’s modern foyer has a relaxed atmosphere and a bar that boasts a fine selection of local premium wines, beers and beverages. The Henschke wine bar is open one-hour prior to the performance scheduled start time. Drinks purchased from the Henschke Wine Bar are permitted into the theatre in the glassware provided. Please return your glass to bar as you exit the auditorium. Patrons are welcome to purchase a drink and enjoy a chat in the theatre foyer after the show.

Latecomer policy is determined by the presenting organisation or artist. From time to time, there may be a total lock out where entry is not permitted once the performance has commenced. Patrons are informed in advance of any full lock outs when purchasing a ticket. If you are unsure of what the latecomer policy is for your performance, give us a call on 08 8373 7733.

Remember to switch off your mobile phones and electronic devices
All mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off prior to the performance.  In case of an emergency, or if you are on-call, please feel free to talk to Front of House staff. They may be able to hold your phone and alert you if need be.

Photography and recording devices, including smart phones
The use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited inside the theatre.

Row AA has removable seats to accomodate patrons who wish to remain seated in their wheelchair or allow easy access to transfer to the seat. Please let staff know your access requirements upon booking or call The Odeon on 08 8373 7733 in advance so we can have everything in place when you arrive.

Accessible Parking in Norwood
The closest Accessible zone to the theatre is on George Street adjacent to the Salvation Army Shop. The closest parking space is in the Coles Mall car park (4 spaces available).
