Our drop-in style classes are on mornings, six days a week, to allow for life’s busy and ever changing schedule. Styles on offer include Ballet, Contemporary and Hip-Hop.

We use the online program MINDBODY as a booking and payment system for classes. To register for a Mindbody account, plus book and pay for classes online, please click here, or download the Mindbody app onto your device (cash payment not available).

Classes are subject to change, due to Theatre hires from time to time. Please check for updates on the Mindbody schedule.

Classes are held at The Odeon, 57a Queen Street, Norwood in the Tanja Liedtke Studio.

COST

Intro offer – $10/trial class (valid for first time participants only)

Casual class pass – $20/class (valid 1 month from purchase)

5-class pass – $80 (valid 3 months from purchase)

10-class pass – $150 (valid 6 months from purchase)

BALLET BEGINNER

TUESDAY

9.30AM - 10.30AM

Tone, shape, and work up a sweat with grace and elegance. Designed for adults who have a passion to learn ballet but have little dance experience. This class teaches you the fundamentals of ballet, focusing on Barre exercises, posture and placement. Practice and perfect simple combinations of steps, turns and poses in the centre and moving across the floor. Perfect introduction to the basic techniques of classical ballet whilst improving muscle tone, posture, coordination and core strength.
For ages 18 and over.

CONTEMPORARY ABSOLUTE BEGINNER

5.30 pm - 6.30 pm

Contemporary is our bread and butter! Designed for those with zero dance experience, this class takes all the intimidation and fear out of a first time dance class. Using the body’s natural rhythms and energy to create fluidity of movement, you’ll learn basic contemporary dance techniques and simple phrases, build strength and coordination, gain a better understanding of spatial awareness and leave feeling energised and invigorated.
For ages 18 and over.

Contemporary is our bread and butter! Designed for any skill level, this open class gives you the opportunity to learn contemporary dance from Australia's best. Using the body’s natural rhythms and energy to create fluidity of movement, you’ll learn basic contemporary dance techniques and simple phrases, build strength and coordination, gain a better understanding of spatial awareness and leave feeling energised and invigorated.
