Attending The Odeon: Our COVID-Safe Plan

Back to all Events

Please find our COVID-Safe FAQ here.

We cannot wait to welcome you to The Odeon, but we’d appreciate it if you first took a moment to read our COVID-Safe plan.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every possible step to make The Odeon as safe as possible for everyone.

The best way to prevent and protect yourself, friends, family and colleagues from the spread of infection is by practising and promoting good personal hygiene activities (e.g. washing your hands regularly, avoiding touching your face, coughing into your elbow), and adhering to the physical distancing guidelines provided by the Government of South Australia.

The team at Australian Dance Theatre is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and has taken steps to reduce the risk of viral transmission at our home theatre, The Odeon. Together, we can prevent the spread of COVID-19 by identifying, proactively controlling and mitigating risky activities, enforcing Government-mandated physical distancing limits, undertaking regular cleaning, and ensuring no-one attends The Odeon if they are unwell.

South – 2021 SA Tour

South Australian Theatres

ADT is hitting the road in June, bringing renowned Artistic Director Garry Stewart's award-winning work South - hailed by Dance Australia as "utterly compelling" - to South Australian audiences in Port Lincoln, Renmark, Whyalla and Golden Grove.

02 - 05 September 2021

Dunstan Playhouse, Adelaide Festival Centre

Garry Stewart's Objekt explores the objectification of humans, blurring the borders between visual arts and dance. Created with Germany's acclaimed tanzmainz, Objekt plays with perceptions and makes us see the human body in compelling ways that are unique, arresting and, at times, confronting.
