Zoe graduated from the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Dance) in 2013 and was the recipient of the Hawaiian Award for Most Outstanding Graduate. In 2014, Zoe was a member of LINK Dance Company under Artistic Director Michael Whaites.

In 2015, Zoe became a founding dancer with Co3 Contemporary Dance Australia, under Artistic Director Raewyn Hill.  Zoe has performed in Co3’s re:Loaded (2015 & 2016) choreographed by Larissa McGowan, Gavin Webber and Raewyn Hill; Paper, Scissors, Rocket! (2016 & 2017) by Unkempt Dance, THE ZONE (2017) by Raewyn Hill, WA Dance Makers Project (2018) by Chrissie Parrott & Unkempt Dance, Reason for Being (2019) by Raewyn Hill,  Leviathan (2020) by CIRCA in collaboration with Co3 for Perth Festival and The Nightingale (2020) by Co3 in collaboration with West Australian Opera. She has also worked with Ochre Contemporary Dance Company under the directorship of Mark Howett and performed in Ohad Naharin’s Decadance Perth 2016 with STRUT Dance as part of the MoveMe Festival.

In 2019, Zoe performed in Lewis Major’s work And Then Some, also in collaboration with STRUT Dance. Zoe worked with Antony Hamilton in collaboration with Sydney Dance Company in the creation of Crazy Times (2016) and performed in the premiere of the work at the Sydney Opera House in March 2017.  She performed in Garry Stewart’s Reincarnation (2019) with West Australian Ballet & Co3 as part of WA Ballet’s In:Synch: Ballet at the Quarry.

In 2019, Zoe worked with Australian Dance Theatre on a creative development of Supernature and debuted with the company in the World Premiere Season of North/South, choreographed by Garry Stewart and Norwegian choreographer Ina Christel Johannessen. In late 2020, Zoe worked with iconic Australian artist, Tim Minchin, performing in the official music video of the song The Absence of You. At the start of 2021,  Zoe joined Australian Dance Theatre’s professional ensemble.
